Social media is all the rage these days. On the internet you can practically do anything, but what does social networks have to offer when looking for apartments for rent in the Bronx NY?
I checked Facebook first as it seems to be the most popular and reaches a vast age range. I searched Facebook for “Bronx apartments for rent” and was terribly disappointed. Facebook doesn’t look like the social network to research if you’re looking to find available and current rentals. What you will find are a few old posts of apartments listed months ago and many solicitations for real estate agents that will gladly assist you for a fee.
Next, I went to see what twitter had to offer on their threads for Bronx apartment rentals. Again, I didn’t find any current postings for Bronx apartment rentals. There were quite a few ads and some tweets asking questions if anybody knew of any Bronx apartments for rent available. Again, not a social network to waste your time on if you’re looking to move in the near future.
Then I went to YouTube, and voila I hit the jackpot. I filtered the video uploads just to show the listing in the Bronx for this week. And 71 Bronx apartment rentals listings popped up. Here’s a link to a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, on the fourth floor, at 1300 Franklin Avenue in the Bronx. The featured apartment in the video has beautiful hard wood floors, open kitchen to the living/dining area with a balcony, spacious closets, good size bedrooms and very clean. The rent amount wasn’t mentioned nor was there a phone number to contact. I imagine if you’re interested in the apartment, you leave a comment and they contact. Who knows? Give it a try. But some others leaves you a link to some sites that you can find every detail for example in the Bronx you will find https://www.parkchesternyc.com/
YouTube looks like one of the better social networks to use when looking for an apartment for rent.
